打客服電話將近30通也沒人接
在停車場求助無門耗了45分鐘
好不容易客服打電話過來
反映過後只往前調20分鐘
原本只要繳25-50元的停車費
還要我們多繳25元
雖然不是什麼大錢
但難道客戶的時間都不是時間
金錢都不是錢嗎？
