★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband was badly injured when the boom gate came down hard and fast and hit him in the head!! He was dizzy and almost couldn’t stand up straight again. This car park is extremely poorly designed and the walkway for pedestrians is not clear. When I buzzed for the car park staff to help, they were unhelpful and unapologetic. We’ve just spent the last few hours in Emergency at Hospital getting husband checked out. How is there not a sensor on the gate to stop it from hitting a car or worse, injuring a person??! Avoid this car park!!
