某次早上投了80元後故障，兌換機台的10塊錢也都不能投（所以不是錢的問題）打了服務電話給業者，叫我先投領外一台，又吃了10塊，之後還是鬼打牆不能吃幣！業者從遠端也無法操控機台⋯
叫我等他五分鐘後回電...
我趕著出門上班，有提早抓時間洗衣服跟吃早餐
（因為在機台這浪費太長時間，本來可以順利出門上班，先生回來剛好就會洗好衣服）
後來因騎車沒接到業者回撥的一通電話
（就！一！通！而！已！）
就再也沒下文～90塊錢就白白被吃了
也沒打算要如何後續處理，一句話也沒有。
要洗衣服的人自己要看清楚業者的服務態度
我覺得你有沒有用心經營一家店看處理事情就知道了，我也不打算討回那白白被吃掉的90塊！
反正我再也不會踏進這裡洗、烘衣物。
只是後續連訊息或被吃掉的退費如何處理相關問題都沒有後續，覺得很傻眼⋯⋯如果大家常常被機台吃掉錢，都沒有後續追討的話，業者可能也會覺得大家沒差吧？是嗎？
