服務超棒~~~ 現場的板子任挑滑到滿意為止 講講教學都很到位 雖然沒有當場立馬購買 但我想我之後有想入手一定優先考慮!

賣的時候都講的很好,有狀況就完全不回應,強啊。 致電teamgee總公司詢問此店家應該是沒有代理合約,也沒有總公司認證的維修部,或者是根本沒有維修部,難怪客服拖字訣,因為他們根本沒辦法處理,跟他家買你就要保佑自己的板子不要出問題,出問題根本沒人會理你,以上。

[更新] 官方後續處理積極,有協助換板以及積極聯繫。故更改評價~ 但因為還是有之前的體驗,恕無法給予五星好評~ ——————— 電池一過半年幾天準時壞掉,客服態度不敢恭維。 最後雖有協助免費更換電池,但都要自行詢問才能知道電池更換狀況,更傻眼的是,過兩週去拿板子時,前後防撞條不見了(原先都有) 反應後店員草草幫忙裝上, 也沒有現場確認電池健康狀態等,只想送客離開。 且當下燈光昏暗,沒有仔細確認產品狀態。 返回後發現根本不是我的板子! 多處刮傷、撞傷,超級多使用痕跡,旁邊都被刮到看到木板了,連底盤附近都有嚴重的使用痕跡,跟我送修前的板子狀態根本不是同一張,但一想到要去反應、舉證等 實在太累 ,我也錯再送修前應該要仔細的幫自己的板子拍照(? 因為沒想到有可能會被掉包(? 花錢買教訓,一張近兩萬的板子售後服務居然可以是這種樣樣態⋯ 只能以跟身邊朋友大抱怨一番,反推薦、以及來這邊留負評作為最後的抗議了。 不過,不幸中的大幸,這張換回來充滿刮痕的板子,至少還是可以滑?⋯ 我大概就滑到他的電池也掛了就不會再滑了吧

之前看到Snow sensei的頻道介紹滑板 問完客服也沒試滑 二話不說馬上訂一塊來玩 滑起來覺得還不錯也各種分享給身邊朋友 邀請他們體驗電動滑板⋯ 朋友也是覺得很不錯就買了我們也一起滑 沒想到後續的修繕以及服務卻讓人傻眼 還讓我想說是不是推薦錯朋友買了 畢竟一塊也是不便宜 希望店家可以改進售後服務這塊 電動滑板不便宜 當初買是想說有頻道推薦感覺比較有保障 而不是買一個上萬元的東西 保固半年只能自求多福不要壞掉

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very disappointed and sad. Paid money and never received the product. The service people Are not helping or showing any sign even though it was their fault. So sad... And Yes: I bought it via your online shop, so stop lying!
