沐	沐小嵐 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5月30日我們特地請假到龜山區公所辦理小朋友市民卡，已經是第三次到區公所，第一次承辦人員說要健保卡，第二次說少户口名簿，第三次說少照片，為什麼不一次告訴我們需要哪些文件才能辦理？為何一再找民眾麻煩讓民眾跑一趟又一趟？甚至隔天打電話到我們手機亂罵人、騷擾羞辱人？承辦人員對民眾鬼吼鬼叫說缺少小朋友在學證明，對民眾瘋狂轟炸、瘋狂辱罵，不讓民眾說話，要求我們傳真過去也不肯告訴我們傳真號碼，承辦人員就直接把電話掛掉。龜山區公所為什麼不一次告訴民眾需要哪些文件才能辦理？每次都說少一樣要求民眾親自送過去，缺件就打到民眾手機劈哩啪啦亂罵人，不肯好好溝通好好說話，把民眾當狗亂罵，龜山區區公所到底怎麼回事？以前住林口到過林口區公所、蘆竹區公所、桃園區公所，人員都非常和善，為何龜山區區公所這麼差勁！這麼惡劣！
