去申請補辦新的手冊，第一句話說，不行喔，這個沒有人換得喔。
我說，護士說可以。
他才說，你要換也是可以，但工本費要100我是怕你浪費錢……
然後看到申請單上明明就有 遺失 毀損 的選項啊
（所以小姐你是在哈嘍？？懶得處理用騙的？）
3天後去領取，靠背我太早到，但單字上是2天後領取，並無時間啊，，而且還不用工本費
（就是一連串的謊言，不知道能不能投訴，騙人真的很要不得啊）
