★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家人確診領防疫包，第一次過去說你外縣市不能領，之後隔幾天區公所打電話說可以領了，結果過去還是一樣回答，外縣市不能領，那我就問說可是你們區公所打電話到家裡說叫我們去領，結果服務人員說這不關我們的事你找到誰打給你了你去跟他領，好了現在通知外縣市可以領就過去領，說過期了也不能領。
重點不是東西多值錢或怎麼樣，是處理態度，結果我就私下問了很多在之前也是外縣市的，他們說只要跟這些「官」認識、有關係的照樣都拿得到防疫包，所以很難過，就是一個只會欺負一般小老百姓

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 撥打確診關懷專線無人接聽，轉接總機說明諮詢問題,總機小姐非常有耐心的幫我轉了五六個分機終於接到，專線人員也非常有耐心的敘述PCR之後的相關流程，雖然知道就是要等......
起碼有一個明確的訊息，不會無所適從
真不知桃園衛生局及中壢衛生所為何電話永遠沒人接,做好人力分配幫民眾解答很難嗎
中壢區公所就做得到

I really don’t know why Taoyuan Health Bureau and Zhongli Health Center never answer the phone. Is it difficult to allocate manpower to help the public answer?

5/20早上前往領取防疫包，被告知無法領取..
我們親朋好友都沒有住在桃園市，試問是要我們在隔離期間違規外出領取嗎？
而且我兒子的隔離書在5/20才收到...
就算我們真的違規出門領取防疫包也無法領取..
待主管終於願意移動她的屁股下來解決，也直接回覆無法領取，丟包給衛生局，請我們像市政府與衛生局申訴...並且態度惡劣的請我們離開...這真的很可惡..
我一定會再去查明該主管，並且檢舉申訴這位主管
防疫包發放資訊不夠透明...
沒有任何人告知防疫包只能隔離期間領取...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 端午節前，家人確診，接到電話可以去領防疫關懷包。馬上手頭工作趕一趕，趕緊衝去領取。到現場的時候，看到一個大棚子搭在門口，人沒有很多，就想走進去入口問，這時，一個戴著護面具，口罩距離我至少還有1.5公尺的男士，大聲對我嚷嚷，你不要過來!你不要靠近我!你有沒有確診？你不要過來!那樣子，好像下一秒我就能把他毒死一樣。我就回答他，我沒有確診，我只是幫我家人領防疫關懷包的。男士才指著某處，讓我過去領取。當下真的覺得很慪。家人染疫已經壓力夠大夠痛苦了，還要被這種人把我當臭蟲來看，這樣沒有同理心的的人還要來當防疫“志工”？我搞不懂。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家人今日（111.6/11）上午11點多幫我領取防疫關懷包，當時有一位戴面罩的男子態度極差，雖協助我家人用手機操作領取流程，但要求家人報身分證字號時不要看著他，當家人側身要報時，他態度更差的要家人直接背對他，好像一副家人確診深怕被傳染的感覺！我們領取關懷包是政府的福利，為什麼好像我們是過去乞討的感覺。（當時6/9區公所電話中也沒說一定要預約，而是說可以直接去領取！）請問此位先生，若您不想服務民眾，就不要待在服務民眾的位置！也請區公所將此位先生調離職務，他並不適合也沒有服務民眾的良心！查看另一則評論，也發現有人也遇到這位態度極差的先生！我們中壢市民為什麼要被這位區公所的先生，用沒有同理心極差的態度對待呢？生病已經很難過，家人幫忙我受委屈讓我心裡更難過！！
