未使用過的米色黛妃包因為發霉前往鑑價染整費用,原本硬挺包包在鑑價試處理的過程中包包上緣被用力坳到變形,買後都還沒使用過原本包身兩側完整硬挺,現在變成一側把手處和包包上緣彎掉變形、還產生明顯的皮紋,一個13萬買的心愛的包包,從還沒使用過變成明顯使用感,心痛到拿了包不敢委託處理幾乎用逃的出門,不敢想像如果染整完包包會變形成多嚴重,回到家試圖想把變形部份扳回原來平面的狀況但確定沒救了,一個包還沒用過就這麼毀了 7/19更新: 變形發生的經過,是在您在試著處理包包時另一側包面的手指力道沒控制好造成變形壓痕,我站在您對面親眼看著包包被用力凹折發生的整個過程,不是在您試著處理的那面所以您並沒有發現,而且被壓到的包包那側當時面向櫃檯外往下的角度(也是我站著看到的那個角度、是在您的反面),除非在我站著後方的地面角落有裝設監視器往上拍攝,才能拍到包包面對下方那側的畫面,不然調閱裝在天花板的監視器根本無法還原事情真相⋯因為一用力擦拭包包的當下已經變形,我眼睜睜看著包被用力壓下去要阻止已經來不及了,回家想凹回來一樣無法補救,就邏輯上來說我大老遠跑到北投想處理包包、最後決定不處理還指控店家沒發生的事,對我應該一點好處都沒有吧!我也沒有要求貴店賠償或提告吧?只希望店家這種疏忽以後能更謹慎,或是提醒有這種硬挺包款的客人要注意可能遇到類似情況⋯我之前是看到貴店網路評價很高,寧願跑遠一點想說能放心把愛包整理好,但不知道反而遇到最不想發生的狀況,我知道店家認真努力經營卻被客人打負評一定不好受,但試想客人的心情呢?高價尚未用過的包包不小心被破壞變形產生皮紋、而且永遠無法補救,這種心痛絕對比收到店家負評還嚴重吧!而且變形的包轉賣也會在二手市場影響價格,對我是造成實質損失,但貴店連一聲道歉都沒有只想反駁,對這樣的結果我感到非常失望!

CLEAN專業清潔維修真的是包包救星!? ? 疫情以來,WFH之餘~也不忘對家裡進行大掃除,而我也不例外。就在整理包包時,竟看到晴天霹靂的景象…一次都沒背過的Mulberry竟然發!霉!了!?⚡️? 起初,先到一般乾洗店詢問,店家表示「我們是一般乾洗店,而且麂皮發霉是最難處理的,甚至是無法挽救的。」好吧,死馬當活馬醫啦~結果花了600元讓店家幫包包洗個澡? 失望…絕望之餘,在google輸入關鍵字找到了CLEAN專業清潔維修。透過LINE和店家詢問解決的可能性。店家保守評估表示,很多時候包包能處理的程度他們無法精準預測。能百分百解決,還是50/50解決一半,或是很糟得維持原狀…要試試看才知道。好吧!再來一次死馬當活馬醫吧~[[附注:店家一開始試著清洗的狀況好與不好,都會告知消費者。]] 結果~結果~出奇得好呀!!!非常感動呀!!!???我給店家滿滿的⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️這是我真實體驗過後的評價!日後包包有狀況(當然是希望不要呀?)一定會再找CLEAN!希望有機會看到這篇評論的人,包包送洗前,先和店家溝通唷~十足了解再送洗,才會皆大歡喜?
