但公設比過高，格局不方正很不好，浪費太多空間，很可惜!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我已經變為住戶了，個人覺得此建案呈現與週遭建案不同的語彙，不張揚地顯出與眾不同。公設以舖天蓋地來形容(因為一樓及頂樓都滿上了)，尤其是主臥的低臺度窗檯與床同高，給我整個水岸景觀，讓我一家四口決定要落腳於此。
