★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一顆星只給一位盡責的客服窗口。
POS常在假日異常或更新，影響用戶門市營運，又假日該公司無上班無值班人員、僅提供Line群組供客人反應問題，但該公司員工都在休假，無人回應，僅只一位客服在我們主動緊急聯繫後會回覆協助處理，異常處理後也沒有技術人員能回覆異常原因，每次都是不了了之。可以理解系統難免突然異常，但是一定要有人能即時電話線上協助，而且若要在假日進行系統更新，相關配套、客戶通知甚至備援恢復等皆要能迅速處理，尤其POS系統是提供餐廳或零售使用，假日是最繁忙時段。
貴公司把客戶的問題就丟給第一線客服來獨自面對，實在不妥。真心感謝這位客服，若沒有他，我們可能早就解約。
系統本質是不錯的，但就是營運有問題，Beta版也能更新給客人營運使用？若給一般消費者「未付款」使用、參與測試可理解，但我們是簽約付款的，合理嗎？ 另外在Service Level上應有更完整的規劃，合理的費用我們也願意付，但是根本不提供假日即時客服是怎樣？
