承辦人員超級不專業！

12/20更新，11/4辦的到貴公司領現金股利，今日去領取，等你找等了5分鐘左右，扯的是用信封袋裝，結果竟然還拿到別人的，真的是扯爆了，要不是我打開來看趕快回去換，不然離開後又要再跑回去，給你那麼久的作業時間，搞那麼久還做錯，效率差就算了，還做錯，拿回去換還不是馬上好，繼續又等約快5分鐘，一個半月過了還有幾張支票還沒好，這種離譜效率、簡單的又出錯，大券商竟然如此離譜，真是難以置信

下午2點多去的時候，抽號碼牌，已經要等8個人了。
其中又有一位年長女性詢問許多問題，佔用櫃台不少時間。
更差勁的，是一位號碼5X的禿頭中年男，跟櫃台人員以高聲量且不友善的語氣對話，問對方姓名，堅持要主管出來，還說自己是在"溝通"...
我的時間，被他們躭誤了好久，終於，才輪到我。
不得不說，櫃台人員的EQ都很高，沒有跟著股民情緒失控，雖然，今天沒有把事情搞定，至少，櫃台人員清楚讓我知道該怎麼辧了。
對了，下午3點多，我離開櫃台的時候，那個禿頭男還在櫃臺"溝通"...。
