黒糖の甘みがクセになります。
値段も安めです。
日本には無いお菓子ですが昔ながらの味を感じました。
パッケージやビニール製袋のダサさが逆に魅力的でした。
駅からの通りには下町感あるお店が立ち並び活気があり楽しめます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我吃過最好吃的牛舌餅，餅皮很薄，烤得酥香，比一般的餅還焦一點，所以香氣更好，中間包著薄薄的麥芽糖淡淡的甜味好好吃。可以宅配好方便，1～4箱運費都只要100,出貨速度快，包裝良好，值得推薦。這次買兩箱太少了，不夠吃啊～

所以後來回宜蘭時都會提前預定，但希望老闆可以多些零賣

1.本店不賣零售（量很少），買整箱（10包）較有機會。
2.打電話預定、宅配都很方便。
3.老宜蘭人只推薦（原味）牛舌餅，配功夫茶。

1. This store does not sell retail (a small amount), and there is a better chance to buy a whole box (10 packs).

朋友送的，羅東的【老元香本行】的牛舌餅。這家已經在我名單上很久了，有現成的吃，正好試試。
☑牛舌餅 = 一咬，WOWOWOW~就知道不同凡響。口感是極度的酥脆，牛舌餅的碎片像是要割傷嘴底黏膜似的硬度；滿嘴的餅香，麥芽糖跟麵粉豬油混合起來的味道，甚至讓我聯想到炭烤香蕉的味道。以宜蘭的牛舌餅來說， 【老元香】確實比 【宜蘭餅】or 【奕順軒】好吃很多，5分。
