★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本人5/30日前往去購買EPSON L5196複合機，事先上網查了PCHOME含一組墨水夾金額是$8062，該公司同規格商品蝦皮價格是$7490；但本人實際到現場購買，打開了PCHOME的網頁給該店員看型號，該店員看到PCHOME的價格卻直接說這台他們的價格也是$8062，我反問他：你們蝦皮的價格不是這樣子耶，她才改口說問說有先在他們公司先看過價格了喔，那是$7490，感覺是在敲詐沒有先查過價格的消費者；不過最後該店員推薦了EPSON L5190，說是兩台僅是顏色不同，功能一樣，不過價格比 L5196便宜，最後仍是購入EPSON L5190，建議前往購買時最好先上該公司蝦皮網站看價格，避免被店員敲詐。
