★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員超親切，而且不會硬塞方案，會依照客人所提的需求進行方案的介紹。很難得有電信商這樣子，包含他們其他店的都沒像這家這樣，誠以待人！
 The clerk is super friendly, and will not force the plan, and will introduce the plan according to the needs of the customer. It is rare that there are telecom companies like this, including their other stores, they are not like this one, treat people with sincerity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 網路超爛明明買勁速不限速方案約期兩年，結果這兩年來網路有夠差，影片、圖片無法傳送，打開影片、圖片也很慢！IG、YT、FB很多時候都沒辦法使用，在室內（不管哪裡的室內）收訊格數只會有1格甚至沒有，打電話給客服永遠打不通（打不通就算了，還不給客戶在線等待，直接掛斷通話叫你晚點打）。

寫信反映給客服，只會說：因該地區基地台一直以來都不穩定，我們會盡快請工程人員做處理，後續就沒有下文了，網路依然如故，沒有任何改善，亦沒有補償快兩年來的損失。

今日111/5/10下午網路跟電話大斷線三個小時，無法撥通電話、無法上網，使疫情期間居家上班的人非常不便！客服電話依然打不通，僅在粉專與新聞發了公告，沒有做任何後續補償處理！

這幾年使用下來的感想，就是一間差勁的公司，面臨倒閉與合併之際，已放棄所有應盡的服務與責任，是一間非常不負責任的電信！
非常不推薦大家使用！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One employee to handle the shop and she wasn't even trained to handle basic account maintenance. Please read all the fine print before you deal with this company. My contract expired but because I picked up additional phone numbers, whatever discounts you may have will disappear should you drop one number. The sales here is extremely overbearing and very condescending. I've been a customer for four years and really regret coming to this store. Please beware!
