★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天下午去尋求服務，櫃台的小姐很沒有禮貌，但是有一位黃小姐就主動來幫忙我，難道我是電話行銷投保的客戶就不能去分公司詢問保單的問題嗎？還叫我打0800的服務電話，什麼邏輯，只有她的保戶才能夠但營業處詢問嗎？幸好那個黃小姐很熱心的幫忙我，很感謝她，以上是我的心得與評論
Yesterday afternoon, I went to seek service. The lady at the counter was very rude, but there was a Miss Huang who took the initiative to help me. Could it be that the customer who was insured by telephone marketing could not go to the branch to ask the policy? Also told me to call 0800 service phone, what logic, only her policyholders can but the business office to ask? Fortunately, Miss Huang is very enthusiastic to help me, thank you very much, the above is my experience and comments.
