I want to share my experience with Agent 吳秉宸 who works at this location in this post. I was a foreigner new to Tainan (and new to Taiwan). I needed to find my rental unit in a specific school zone in a timely manner for my kids to attend that school. I came across Agent 吳秉宸's listing. He was very professional and we wanted to put down a deposit. Agent 吳秉宸 adhered to local RE laws and insisted we shall sign a special "deposit only" contract so that both the lessor and landlord would be protected. We visited this location that evening. We were greeted professionally by a very friendly staff. We had a formal sit-down meeting with a third-party in-house arbitrator to perform the witnessing of the signing. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed during the whole process. A few days later we experienced a sudden change of events so that we could not commit to that rental and I was prepared to lose my deposit. But that was not the case. This store did not give me any hard time and did not try to put me in the contract. And Agent 吳秉宸 came to me and returned the full deposit in person. Agent 吳秉宸 also offered various help and advice. Based on my experience, I believe Agent 吳秉宸 acted out of his heart with good faith. And I believe this store is fair to all of its clients, both on the buying side and selling side. I seldom write any review online. But this store, and Agent 吳秉宸, deserve the recognition. This review is based on my experience around 8/18/2019.
