變得高傲了嗎?! 我曾在元品做矯正,覺得很好所以多次推薦給身邊的親朋好友,但最近一個朋友的體驗,服務實在太差所以我忍不住上來抱怨: 這朋友需要植牙,原本排好的看診時間已經等很久了,今天接到通知說去看診的必須帶著8萬元"現金"去看診,才能當天植牙,不然就是要提前去匯款,但看診必須看牙齦狀況決定能否當天植牙。這朋友當天排了一堆行程,腦中就開始煩惱要麼帶著一堆錢在身上,要麼就怎麼在滿滿行程中先去匯款。 (我的OS:錢要一次收這麼多怎麼不弄個刷卡機?!!) 我這朋友當時正在忙帳務(會計月底月初都很忙,加上事務所出包了),當下就跟櫃臺小姐說她再想想。 傍晚,她的牙齒有點異狀,被我逼著去看醫生,她打電話去,櫃臺小姐居然跟她說她們已經取消她先前的預約,說取消前有打給她,但她沒接,就。直。接。取。消。了?!!! (我的OS:這是什麼鬼啊?!!你們以前不是這樣的啊?!!) 最後櫃臺小姐還補一句:現在是我們的休息時間,我們要去吃飯了~ 掛電話............ 我這朋友也是個很妙的女人,剛剛委屈地問我:那...我還要去嗎?!! =_= 讓我這介紹人丟臉到爆炸.............. 居然還有續集... 朋友今天打去,被櫃臺小姐告知,因為我寫了這篇負評,所以拒絕幫她植牙,說是醫生說的?!! 說怕會有糾紛。老實說,這篇裡面從頭到尾都只有反應『櫃臺小姐』的態度及處理事情的方式不佳,我實在很懷疑,潘醫師人那麼好,怎麼可能會教唆她們做這種事?!我印象中的潘醫師是個和善的人,所以櫃臺、助理們有時會過份活潑,他只偶爾會制止她們太過份的吵鬧,這次明明是行政疏失,潘醫師若知道實情不應該會姑息。 我知道你們有看到這篇,請你們反省一下自己的行為,病患從頭到尾都沒有說要取消,你們憑著自己想像取消了,錯就錯了,說聲抱歉就好,理直氣壯的還拒絕,看到你們變得如此高傲實在讓人很難過。

很不願意寫負評,想說多少要體諒他人,大家也都是努力在討三餐的。要批評,至少也要多觀察一點。 一開始,某顆牙稍微外開,需要重黏牙套,重新抓角度。結果潘醫師黏得很隨性也很快,就急著去下一組客人了。 自己心裡感覺是矯正角度感覺有點太多。但想說可能是自己不夠專業,醫生一定是因為很熟練才那麼快,別亂質疑。 結果一個月後牙齒變成向內歪… 接下來回診,跟潘醫師說變內歪了,這樣正常嗎?結果他只是重黏牙套,再把門牙往原本的方向矯正回去…那請問這整個月都在幹嘛?因為上次角度過大痛個半死,卻連個道歉也沒有。就只是想草草了事,趕快多接一點病人。 這樣就算了,這次又隨便一黏,就被放在一旁等,一等就等了45分鐘,潘醫師不知道又接了幾組。 然後最基本的,牙齒裡有一顆牙套脫落了,應該要黏回去,竟然都沒發現。等於這顆牙齒完全沒矯正到。這樣一等又要等下個月回診了。 這不是應該是最基本的,醫生要能夠發現的事情嗎?可見潘醫師有多草率,就只想趕快打發掉,好接下一組病人。 花了十來萬矯正牙齒,到頭來發現潘醫師只是一個不稱職的牙醫。 然而這結論絕對不是看了一次兩次就貿然說出口的。矯正排程每個月一次次的觀察,讓人只會更確定這樣的結論。 生意變好了,就變一個人。變的既沒耐心,也沒良心,但卻愛錢又現實,早就喪失了初衷。 希望這一篇評論能夠幫助到其他人,別再當冤大頭。錢浪費就算了,還得重複忍受不必要的疼痛,是很辛苦的。
