超級生氣的2018.12.12去買了一台事務機結果回來連結後無法驅動使用,打電話給應元詢問劉先生回覆作業系統問題跟機器無關我們消費者買的時候要自己知道,已經裝了墨水無法退換貨,昨日去買的時候說都可以換,現在反口是我們自己的問題,我們是有拿舊事務機過去原本要修理結果被銷售買新機,現在劉先生還說是我們自己要知道我們的電腦無法接受就不應該買這台....我整個無言了....這家店太無良太差勁了不是應該要告知詢問我們的電腦設備之後再銷售適合的機種,就是只有要賺錢不管售後服務,要買的人三思!
