★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上個月跟春元討論無水氫氟酸使用的閥門，剛好看到他們大型氣動閥門準備出貨，春元有40年製作閥門的經驗，我也是第一次看到國內自製的大型氣動閥門，因為太多同行都是大陸製作回來的，春元在台灣還能保持台灣鑄造生產加工測試，真的不簡單，氣動的部分也是自行安裝，這麼大顆閥門，我想應該是台塑或是台積電要使用，內部拋光除油應該是氣體使用，看到他們測試，真的專業???
Last month I discussed the valves used in anhydrous hydrofluoric acid with Chunyuan. I just saw their large pneumatic valves ready to be shipped. Chunyuan has 40 years of experience in making valves. It is also the first time I have seen large-scale pneumatic valves made in China. Because too many of its peers are produced by the mainland, Chunyuan can still maintain the Taiwan casting production and processing test in Taiwan. It is really not easy. The pneumatic part is also self-installed. For such a large valve, I think it should be Formosa Plastics or TSMC. To use, the internal polishing and degreasing should be used for gas, seeing them test, really professional???
