★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste amazing! You can feel cold and hot in your mouth at the same time. After you eat Tangyangs, you can add some lemon juice and honey, made by sweet olive, into your shave ice!! I would say it's the better than these tangyangs! Must try it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To me there are only two solid “you can’t go wrong” options for tang yuan in or near Taipei. If convenience is a deciding factor then this place is a no-brainer. Usually when the line’s too long, I just get 40 frozen ones to go but obviously nothing beats the real deal at the place itself. Tang yuan flavor and texture is a personal preference kinda thing but if you have the transportation and time, do check out the tang yuan place in Keelung MiaoKo night market as well. Splitting hair but some might find that place slightly better...for some folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold and Hot Tang Yuan is a Taiwanese dessert that served with shaved ice and hot Tang Yuan. The cold ice tastes a bit sweet and has a Osmanthus flavor in it, and you can even see the flower petal in the ice. Tang Yuan has black sesame or peanut flavor sauce that covered with a rice-made dough, it’s hot cause the way to make it cooked is to put it in boiled water til it floats. The price is around 70-90 TWD, a bit high in night market but still worth to try. My personal favorite dish in this night market ;)

A dessert worthy of MICHELIN recommend!
Hot Glutinous rice balls served on crushed ice, fillings in the balls are black sesame and peanut butter.
You need to add some osmanthus sugar syrup for sweetness. After eating all of that you can drink the remainder as a beverage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dessert shop mainly for sticky rice ball filled with sweet sesame or crushed peanut, it's called "tangyuan" in Mandarin, chewy and soft in the outside, one bite in sweet and aromatic filling ozzed out. The soup itself is not just plain water, it is infused with osmanthus flower, lightly sweetened with a scent of flower, amazing.
Try their special fire and ice "tangyuan", hot sticky rice ball served with shredded ice on top, interesting experience.
