新鈺成食品行成立於1994年，主要經營：食烘焙原料、安佳全脂奶粉、加州葡萄乾、進口奶油及各類麵包食品添加物產品種類繁多，應有盡有，近年來，因應麵包界人手不足及產品便利的使用性，於2003年開始研發生產各類專業冷凍麵糰。並籌設新廠房，成立元晟食品有限公司，並於2004年取得工廠登記證，於正式開工後，營運生產。

和朋友都覺得很一般，蛋塔餡並沒有很香或很濃，添加的內餡和塔的味道很不合……
想吃的話可能要先嚐原味才不會期待太高……
