スープはあっさり系でくどくないので、飲んだあとも喉がそんなに乾かないです。身体はあたたかくなります。
麺は私が好きな細いきしめんみたいな麺です。これもオーソドックスなんですが、柔らかすぎない茹で具合でGood?
牛肉がしっかり煮込まれててホロホロ柔らかく口の中で崩れてくれて?味も染みてて美味しかった～
歯ごたえある漬物(酸菜)が入ってて、これもラーメンでいうメンマのような感じで食感が楽しめて良かったです。
副菜で滷味を注文しましたが、味付けが上手、塩気があって美味しくいただきました。
他にも魯肉飯などご飯物や水餃子も売っていますので、デイリーに食べに行くのにぴったりなお店だと思いました。
