客服態度超級差,排了很久,講話態度差,明明壽險公會有發新聞稿,元大自己家的網站也有寫,就一句我們就是沒有賠,你送來我們也沒有賠,如果有新保戶,建議不要保元大,因為他們理賠的時候,就是沒有賠!

本來就固定繳費,雖然是延展【是不得已才如此】,但是也沒有超過時間,也是按照簡訊通知的時間內繳費,結果打客服,就推託到其他部門。一直就裝死,也傳給他們看期限內繳費了!結果又一定要強調要把其他2個月的一起繳。 我也做過保險員,就沒見過這樣的保險公司!醫療的又不能夠拿回,只是保安心的而已。結果客服也沒有給任何回覆,就直接寄支票。我還不知道是支票,保險公司還是又寄了一次! 感覺好像就是詐×集團。醫療又沒使用到也不會退款。總之就是好像在吸×似的

電話客服人力不足居然不是擴編,而是找了代接電話的接線生 我在語音裡面等那麼久就是為了能立即解決問題,然後還是要我等回電,跟我說前面有線上等候的客戶 那你接線生不要接我電話啊,我很樂意線上等,你自己把我接起來然後跟我說前面有人到底有什麼毛病 問說什麼時後會回撥也完全給不了回覆 至少接線生要知道前面有多少客戶要回撥,有多少人在回撥吧 給個“大概”也不會 整個政策可笑又爛到不行

前陣子因傷申請理賠繳交資料後整整那位兩週毫無音訊,打客服專線去,客服查了資料也說好像卡的有點久,會請相關部門人員趕緊處理,之後一樣等了快一週也沒人跟我聯繫,只好再打一次,說正在跟醫院查詢的階段,會再催⋯ 一個小小才三千五的骨折理賠,拖了將近一個月?中間還要我耗費時間打客服去詢問,感覺真是超差勁 然後今天要再詢問其他,客服專線連續打都直接斷訊、保戶申訴專線語音說不能用手機撥打然後切斷、只剩下商品諮詢可以打⋯重點是也沒有能直接轉給相關部門人員,還要留資料等回電,嗯~我就看看這次要讓我等多久,感覺太爛了?
