★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天20：30左右，買你家東西客人像是透明人一樣，找個錢不知道是要找給誰，客人明明在你面前，你不用特別把錢放在客人手上沒關係，但你要放桌上好歹也講一下是找誰的吧！講都沒講放了50在桌上，重點還離我超遠，根本直接放在你的位置上，我手還要伸進去拿，然後一句話也沒說就走進去了，你如果嫌找錢麻煩可以去申請電子支付，而不是付了現金給你，客人還要自己在桌上找自己的錢在哪裡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃了20年的涼麵，今年第21年決定寫下評論，老闆夫妻兩從當年的小攤子到現在的小店面，內湖的第二代和我差不多大，我彷彿看到自己的爸媽，一直努力為了孩子想留點什麼，胼手胝足。
東西對我來說是相當美味的，更承載我20年的青春，對於10幾年來因為求學不在台灣的我，每每返台，看到店家不斷的更迭，心裡總是有點難過，"加大、紅茶、豬血湯再幫我煎兩個蛋"，我的選項從來沒有更改過，即使已經不住汐止多年，偶爾嘴饞開車回到板凳前坐下，老闆娘附上一句：你回來了。在我心中，它便是充滿人情味的美味。
我不是個很能夠分辨食物的人，只有好吃跟不好吃，尚可的區間相當廣，但我喜歡這間涼麵，也只吃這間涼麵，濃郁又微刺的蒜味配上綿密香稠的麻醬，可以讓我無視討厭的小黃瓜，無論如何在我心目中，它是唯一，不僅是第一而已。
現在又嘴饞了，又準備驅車前往，大飽朵頤，等著另一半睡醒的時間，寫下這則評論，希望老闆夫妻兩，身體健康，才能經營久一點，不是收了店家什麼好處，而是來自曾經的鄰居真誠推薦。

味噌湯中規中矩，沒法評。
特別推薦麻辣醬：類似甜辣醬的口味但是偏鹹，但是真的很辣，喜歡自虐的夥伴，加爆就對了。
