態度服務都很棒,可惜修車美容這些硬功夫,不是用說的,而是要做出來給人家看,或使用上感受到,更不是一直推銷非必要的所謂加值套餐。然後産品定位永遠脫離不了廉價國民車,讓人因為廉價,只好接受一直存在的缺點,尤其是美容部份。

去年買了一台新車5月31號領牌,六月8號領車, 業務叫我下載手機APP軟體 ,原本^•是688延長保固,但收到文件保固期上寫的是106/5/31,竟然已過期, 6月13號過去詢問業務他們竟推託應該是電腦當機,如果當下沒注意我的新車不就一點保固都沒有,文件的審核應是層層把關才會送交至客戶的手上,這麼嚴重的疏失居然是由客戶自己發現,如果客戶沒注意出問題時不就要自行吸收所有損失,萬一出了事卻沒有保固怎麼辦!買車時說什麼都能送,等交車時收到的東西都打折,奉勸各位白紙黑字要寫清楚,甚至你要的牌子或型號都要註明,不然到時東西都會打折,沒有在白紙黑字上註明,是我們太信任對方,最後吃虧的卻是自己,切記! 新買的LIVINA 今年想加裝前方智慧偵測,業務說現在法規不能裝,看到NISSAN官網原廠選配,客服人員問交車中心可不可以裝,可以裝不過服務廠會有一堆的問題,就是叫你不用裝了 元隆服務廠真的對我的車,不理不睬吧。車所長賣的業績給業務員,所以業務離職了??? 5月底才加保第三責任險,688研長保固也才追加一個月,第一次電腦當機第二次是你到了神級店加保了
