★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超爛的服務，來開銀行+證卷戶，營業員一點都不想辦理，當人球推來推去。銀行→證卷窗口→過2點不辦理→營業員A說找B協助線上開→營業員B沒3分鐘又打電話推給營業員C。這麼不想幫客戶辦開戶 就直接說，浪費大家的時間。
如果這就是元大證卷的服務品質，真的令人對元大金融體系很失望。
Super bad service, come to open a bank + securities account, the salesperson doesn't want to handle it at all, and he pushes it around like a ball. Bank → Certificate window → No processing after 2 o'clock → Salesperson A said to ask B to help open online → Salesperson B called salesperson C again within 3 minutes. So if you don't want to help customers open an account, just say it directly, it's a waste of everyone's time.
If this is the service quality of Yuanta Securities, it is really disappointing for Yuanta's financial system.
