★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 裡面一位曾姓女營業員跟她申請保單解約，講到最後竟然嗆我“到底是想怎樣”還嗆我“你這種人如何如何”這就是證券業龍頭員工的水準嗎？枉費我在這邊下了六年單，貢獻無數億的業績，換來的竟是這種對待，這種水平給一顆星我都嫌太多。

另外
語音客服專線真糟糕，080不提供手機用戶就算了，市話居然在按完ID後直接跳掉。至少打了5次也進不去！
超誇張，這樣的客服，能幫助到客戶嗎？
