領藥等待時有位置可坐，且與看診診間是分開的，可以大大減少病菌傳染機會，且在領藥等待的同時，還可以當作在逛藥局，兼看有哪些生活中可能會用到的東西，都不覺得辛苦。
現在藥劑師給藥的速度算很快，可能也是環境舒適、空間夠，包起來藥來也方便吧！另外之前領藥蓋章者很隨便蓋，經常看不清楚章的問題也有改善，加分。
