南下訪客不是在地人建議千萬不要由google導航從寶山交流道前往，因為今天被導到只有一輛車寬度的山徑（還是步道？）開了30分鐘以上，幸虧沒來車會車，不然穩卡死在無人山徑進退二難，小弟開運動休旅車都覺得危險，還是走頭份交流道進來妥當，以獅山遊客中心為參考點，在獅山道路左轉進入遊客中心的叉路右邊就有往元光寺的指示牌。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For whatever reason, I felt like to go to a Lion Head mountain to say hi to my dad and had a tour. Took about 40 some minutes and we just made the vegetarian lunch at the Temple. Went up the tower to say hi to my dad. It’s been a while and I should come visit my dad more often. The view is great, open, shiny with fresh air. Get ready for a walk to visit more temples here.
