我此生吃過最好吃的炸田雞腿在這! 覺得是用心對待食材的店, 超喜歡小卷超新鮮~ 但鮑魚上面太多蒜頭我還好… 炒飯、炒菜完全一流~~ 配菜類型的吃飯法, 可以先說清楚不要吃什麼?

味道做的還不錯,炒飯粒粒分明,也沒有太多的油,豬肝湯的豬肝很嫩,蚵仔湯味道很鮮,感覺是個用心的料理。

今天已經是來第三次了終於吃到了,期待的炒飯剛好只剩下最後兩份…不過還好兩個人來都有吃到炒飯,個人覺得原始的蛋炒飯就是最好的選擇,粒粒分明又不會過油。 豆腐炒鮮蚵,飽滿大顆的蚵仔配上口感相似的豆腐,豆鮮+豆香搭配起來就半碗飯了…蘆筍炒肉絲蘆筍很嫩肉也切的大小適中,羊肉炒青菜是帶有咖喱味的,有台灣的咖喱感。 感覺就像在家裡的飯廳吃飯,第一次來的人可能會覺得不那麼適應但是吃過之後應該都不會再挑剔其他的事情^_^ 唯一小小的缺點就是忘記跟他們說味精不要放,雖然未經對人體無害但是吃完難免會有點口渴,好吃才是重點。 大家記得三點以前就要先訂不然絕對沒飯可以吃。神秘料理躲在神秘的小巷子中?

炒功很棒,炒飯非常好吃不油鍋氣很香,煎魚卵外面脆香,裡面還有很高的保水度,真的超喜歡這一道菜,還有蓮藕排骨湯也是大推薦!豬肝湯很鮮嫩又有口感,傳統的手路菜吃起來很爽快!(只是營業時間不長要特地找時間去???),每道菜都有很香的鍋氣自家實在炒不出來。 —————————————————————— 04/20 吃到元味炒飯了??底部完全沒有多餘的?️脂非常乾爽,不會過鹹恰到好處的調味,整個濃濃的蛋香味實在太讚了! 吃到了超大的鮑魚,上面蒜泥很清香帶點微辣,鮑魚又Q又鮮美,平常不敢吃鮑魚肝但是真的ㄧ點腥味都沒有很濃郁(兩顆760) 生蚵炒蛋、蓮藕排骨湯,蕃茄炒飯點三次了都好讚!今天的乾煎小卷(兩隻350)裡面有飽滿的蛋實在是嗶嗶啵啵太好吃了?? 雖然看起來價位有點高,但是吃到料理本身就會覺得完全符合那個價位甚至有點超乎期待的好吃,炒飯有鍋氣的香氣,各種料理調味也不會過重而且吃得到食材的原本豐富的味道,就像蓮藕排骨湯那道整個都是乾乾淨淨清清爽爽充滿食材的味道再互相堆疊。 時令海鮮都是可遇不可求的!看當天有什麼海鮮師父才會出什麼菜,一切都要看運氣??有時候想吃也沒辦法,但也是多了一點去到現場的期待感。 不會為了要賺錢就一直接客人,會為了先服務現場客人而不接外帶實在很讓人舒服,炒飯也都是一盤一盤炒,不會兩分一起炒出來,真的很希望能夠一直開下去。

覺得最近有點被捧的太紅了? 食物好吃是好吃,但是覺得並沒有想像中那麼驚艷,不曉得是不是個人口味上的問題,我大概能舉出十間比他好吃的快炒店和炒飯吧(苦笑 不過如果喜歡體驗這種巷內料理,還是可以來試試看的 對了,他們不是私廚,私廚這用詞現在實在太氾濫了⋯

炒飯粒粒分明、飯香 蛋香 蔥香 豬油香 醬油香 綜合交錯真香!就算單吃,一口氣全盤清空也不會有太乾或過油的困擾。 炒青菜(當天是鵝白菜)鑊氣十足,青菜炒至斷生,菜梗清脆,菜葉油亮,加點辣椒提味,蔬菜味道清甜帶點隱隱微辣相當開胃。 蚵仔湯的蚵仔目前雖非產季,但每顆蚵仔小而飽滿,滋味鮮甜,沒有絲毫的腥味,能感受到老闆選材的用心和品質。搭配丁狀微酸的酸菜梗,與相同大小的豆腐丁,可以轉換口味與口感,清爽好喝! 炒飯、青菜、湯,都恰如其分的表現到位,我不禁合理懷疑,料理者是否有種“傾聽食材之聲”的逆天能力,聽憑食材在爐火上自由發揮,稍加引導,便成一道道佳餚。 店家位處於後車頭華陰街巷內,若沒事先做功課或熟人帶路,很容易走過路過肯定錯過!頗似大隱隱於市之世外高人。 營業時間不長,中午12點開始(當天老闆約11點40拉開鐵門)下午5點打烊。 老闆兼廚師,女兒負責外場,中午不做外帶只能內用。店內就只有三張4人桌,一張8人圓桌,而且似乎有規定,熟客才能訂位,也才有更多菜單外的特色菜。(能不能吃到,人品似乎變得很重要?)店內除了拍攝食物外,一律不能拍照。 網路留言也不乏說老闆態度較差,我倒認為更神似日本的職人專業精神,畢竟,是來用餐,而非上酒店找人陪笑陪酒。食物好吃才是王道!(ps最後一張照片,平頭藍衣男子就是老闆,很像賭神的神秘背影照???) 希望能找多點人來品嚐更多美味!
