★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best hospitals to deliver a baby here in Hsinchu. Their doctors and nursing staff are friendly. Our doctor came in the midnight to help us.

My wife, son, and I came to get the COVID antigen test. They said they would have the results back within 2 hours. 3 hours later, they only had results for 2 of the tests because they lost one of the tests. I had to get tested again and to wait for results again because they lost my test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (2021/1203), we wnt over for a COVID-19 antigen test due to our next few days;‘ international travel.. They said the charge for this Antigen test is NT1,000 plus registration fee NT150. Although we knew that this charge is a bit higher than other hospitals or clinics, we stuill made appointments for convience reason. The techs and nurses did the test was ok. But, after we received a “negative” report and requested for a fomal proof/document, they sent us to see doctors and said that’s the only way to get this documentation. We were placed in line with all other patients (actually, most patients for this room37 were all for this same purpose.)。 after a long time wait, the thing doctor did was typed our name and birthdate and told us to went to pay aniother NT1,138 for diagonosis fee. Overall, we paid NT2,288 each person just for this basic antigen test. What a ripoff !! Don;t go to this hospital.. Ton-Yen Hospital…..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is situated in Zhubei and provides good service. The only problem is lack of English speaking person at registration desk. As we were not knowing Chinese so we had to wait for some time just for English speaking person. Once registration was done, process was really fast and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good evening to all the staff here. I came across here in google just to find answers for my important concern. I badly need PCR test before my flights scheduled this coming February 3 and someone suggested me to have done my test in this hospital. But can someone tell me if I'll have my PCR test or anti gen on February 2? It's a holiday here in Taiwan for chinese new year, but I hope someone could help me. I am from Philippines. Thank you! (Smile)

I been waiting for 1 hour and 28 mins for my international certificate of vaccination but when this indian guy came they entertain him gracefully they already know how to speak english and they process hes international certificate fastern than mine.. I am very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention any one that is traveling to the USA and thinking about have your Covid-19 rapid test report from this hospital. Base on my personal experience, horribly, please drive a Little further to Taipei City. First of all, the hospital advised that patients can have their reports in an hour is a false statement, because I waited about 3hours. Second, they do not provide English version reports , I paid another ¥900/person and an extra hour to get one. Lastly, the most importantly, the do not care about your concerns! We have had reports from Taipei city, they provided both Chinese and English version reports professionally, and it only cost ¥1500 ( I paid $2000 in total in This hospital) with no wait time, finally their staffs have enough experience to advise your any concerns about your trip to the USA!
So, people be smart drive further!
