但是外場流程不佳，內用常常等很久或被忘記，希望店家可以規劃有系統性的接待方式，不然付錢或點餐的時候，都不知道要不要直接在店員很忙的時候給。
建議顧客統一用菜單點吧~ 菜單可以放在顯眼一點的地方！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了牛肉堡加大杯奶茶，居然要等半個小時還沒做，外帶也沒點餐單可以點，比我後面來買的人都比我先拿到，態度又很臭屁，以後打死也不會去買

...又是周六過來，漢堡沒有特色，就一般般的豬肉堡，而且還不熱，感覺是做起來放一陣子的
But！ 他們的河粉蛋餅好吃到極點，蛋裡加了滿滿的蔥，河粉皮彈性又不致軟爛，而且醬油膏還加蒜泥，蘸起來滿口蒜香，滿分

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 還記得有次我去買早餐時，我以為要先寫菜單才能點，結果店員問了我需要什麼，原來這裡是直接看著牆上菜單直接點就好，我記得那時候排隊滿滿人，也是小朋友要去學校上課的時間，我以為可能要等很久，因為我點蠻多的XD 想不到店員在非常快速的時間內就準備好我點的餐點了，完全都沒有少或是做錯的問題，在客人這麼多的情況下加上又是上課上班的尖峰時段，能這樣絲毫完全不用紙本菜單又能快速出餐
真的是上班族跟家長的首選。
