★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大教室、健身房、羽球場設備齊全，但更衣室與淋浴間的設計大有問題，根本無法消化熱門時段的人潮。
 Large classrooms, gyms and badminton courts are fully equipped, but the design of the locker room and shower room is very problematic, and it is impossible to digest the crowds in hot times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境很好，健身器材也多，而且還有很多有氧、瑜珈…課程可參加。不過中午時段人比較多，要用跑步機、飛輪…等健身器材的話，可能要早一點來。台元園區內廠商的員工月費，比較外面便宜很多！

However, there are more people at noon, and if you want to use treadmills, flywheels, etc., you may have to come earlier. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟其他兩館比的話 淋浴的房間比較少 但是有羽球場和有氧教室 有好有壞 可以依據自己需求來選擇場館

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屬於台元科技園區提供的健康中心，二樓為羽球場，是個人主要使用的區域，一共有四個場地，必須預約，每次預約需要兩位會員，能預約半小時。運動時，櫃台會提供大毛巾和小毛巾各一。
一樓有浴室，有教室，可以做為有氧，韻律等活動。一樓還有健身設備，包括跑步機。無額外的場地租金。
It belongs to the health center provided by the Taiyuan Science and Technology Park. The second floor is the badminton court, which is mainly used by individuals. There are four venues in total, which must be reserved. Each appointment requires two members and can be reserved for half an hour. When exercising, the counter will provide one large towel and one small towel.
There are bathrooms and classrooms on the first floor, which can be used for aerobic, rhythm and other activities. There is also fitness equipment on the ground floor, including treadmills. No additional venue rental.

這裡也是武漢肺炎疫苗BNT集體施打站，
AZ也是在這個位置，
由大安醫院主導施打，
動線安排的很好，
從入場到休息出來差不多半小時，
非常好的過程～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good quality gym with 3 different places, every one offers diferent sports, the 3rd one reviewed here is the smallest with some cardio machines, and a yoga classroom - the classes schedule is on their website, the price is hefty if you go only once (300NTD) no time limit, but theire is a very comfortable shower and getting ready space, toilets and aslo complimentary towels,
