★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是第一次看到酵素臭豆腐，老闆親切介紹是用蔬菜酵素去釀製的。實際拿到塩酥臭豆腐時覺得很特別，外觀不像常見的臭豆腐是平整的，反而是有像珊瑚礁外觀的不規則外皮，也因此咬起來特別酥脆！
孔洞縫隙剛好可以吸附醬汁，讓內層豆腐部分更嫩滑入味，外酥內軟形成不同層次的口感 ??? 臭豆腐就是要有強烈氣味才厲害！加上塩酥口味是有撒超香的胡椒鹽，一口咬下真的齒頰留香?
而且是全素的料理，讓素食者也可以大飽口福，很推薦。

It didn't look flat like the common stinky tofu, but had an irregular skin that looked like a coral reef, so it was very crispy to bite!
The holes and gaps are just enough to absorb the sauce, making the inner layer of tofu more tender and tasty, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside to form different levels of taste ??? Stinky tofu is only powerful if it has a strong smell! In addition, the crispy taste is sprinkled with super fragrant pepper and salt, and it is really fragrant when you bite down on your teeth and cheeks?
