導致買回去給小孩子吃，紛紛鬧肚子痛。。
小孩子說軍艦壽司上的蝦卵沙拉，嚐起來是酸的。。照一般壽司店來說，是不應該出現這種味道才對。。
如果真的要把持食材新鮮度，應該是 現點現包。。
雖然多了一道手工，至少，品質上能夠把關。。
請店家可以參考一下。。。
無論任何有關生食的材料，請務必仔細冷藏保存，不要因為成本問題而喪失客人對店家的誠心度。
食材可以用限定方式，賣完就沒有了，也是可以的。。
