★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天陪長輩臨櫃換存摺，從10：53等到11：37還沒有叫號，線上共開5個櫃檯，實在很好奇處理一個人的業務為何需要花費30分鐘還沒完成，到底哪裡出了問題，後面開始有人疏導，但也是換個地方繼續等。
 Today, I accompany my elders to exchange their passbooks at the counter. I waited from 10:53 to 11:37 and there were 5 counters on the line. I was really curious why it took 30 minutes to process a person’s business before it was completed, and what went wrong. Someone started to educate him later, but they also continued to wait in another place.
