★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看的出店長重視顧客的感受及評價，想跟店長說，您們店很多同仁真的都很親切，就如同留五星評語的人說的那樣，一直以來我都很認同所以沒有特別做評價，但今天遇到一位假日班的男生（沒注意名字，不是比較瘦的那位），服務態度真的是會毀了您們店目前的好評，在此就不贅述不愉快的過程了，只希望店長能好好了解一下這名同仁的應對態度^^謝謝您。
I can see that the store manager values customers’ feelings and evaluations. I want to tell the store manager that many of your colleagues are really kind. Just like those who left five-star reviews, I have always agreed with them so I didn’t make special evaluations. But today I met a boy in holiday class (didn't pay attention to the name, not the skinny one). The service attitude will really ruin the current praise of your store. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新飲料不錯喝。是說我第一次用都可訂，到店後先跟店員說我是都可訂的，店員問我電話後三碼，都這裡都很正常，但店員後來又落落長教育我，說直接報電話後三碼就好，不然我跟她說都可訂，她也不知道是哪個訂單。
是說店員直接問我電話後三碼一句話就解決，偏偏還要多說幾句教育我，完全沒必要反而更浪費時間口水。
The new drink is good. It means that I can order it the first time I use it. When I arrive at the store, I tell the clerk that I can order everything. The clerk asks me the three codes after my phone number, and everything is normal here, but the clerk later educated me and said directly. It's good to have three yards after reporting the phone number, otherwise I told her that it can be ordered, and she doesn't know which order it is.
It means that the clerk directly asks me about the phone number and it will be solved in one sentence, but it has to say a few more words to educate me, which is completely unnecessary and wastes time and saliva.
