★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住附近,偶爾會來買飲料,對店面印象很好,乾淨明亮,蜜香凍紅茶也很好喝,買了近十次,因個人喜好,八成以上的次數都是點熱飲。
今晚也過去購買熱的蜜香凍紅茶,店員點單時也無異常,要開始做飲料時,另一位店員卻說蜜香凍不能做熱的,要幫我改去冰。
我當下十分疑惑,表示我之前來同一間門市買同一個品項,從沒遇過不能做熱的,沒想到女店員竟然表示:「以前是以前」,並口氣不佳的說只是提醒我果凍會融化。
無意評論態度問題,本人當下反應也不甚平和,只是不解同一間門市為何對同一品項的SOP完全不一致,過去歷經無數次的SOP突然換個店員就不一樣了?甚至還可以對客人說「以前是以前」?
若是原本SOP就是蜜香凍不能做熱的,表示前面那麼多次購買貴門市員工都沒有遵照SOP善加告知;若是根本無此規定,今晚店員便無理由提出不可做熱飲的說法;若是產品成份改變,好歹提出公告吧?
飲料品質沒問題,只希望貴公司能加強SOP與人員訓練。加油。
I live nearby, and occasionally come to buy drinks. I have a good impression of the store, it is clean and bright, and the honey-flavored iced black tea is also delicious. I have bought it nearly ten times. Due to personal preference, more than 80% of the times I ordered hot drinks.
I also went to buy hot honey-flavored jelly black tea tonight, and the clerk didn't have any abnormality when ordering. When I was about to make a drink, another clerk said that honey-flavored jelly couldn't be made hot and wanted to help me change it to ice.
I was very puzzled at the moment, saying that I came to the same store before to buy the same item, and I had never encountered one that couldn’t be made hot. Unexpectedly, the female clerk said, “It used to be before”, and said in a bad tone that she just reminded me of jelly will melt.
I have no intention of commenting on the attitude issue. My immediate reaction is not very peaceful. I just don’t understand why the same store has completely inconsistent SOPs for the same item. Can you even say "before was before" to guests?
If the original SOP is that honey jelly cannot be made hot, it means that the employees of your store have not followed the SOP to inform them so many times before; Changes in ingredients, at least make an announcement, right?
There is no problem with the quality of beverages. I just hope that your company can strengthen SOP and personnel training. come on.
