Hello, patrol crews. I live in Hsinchu County and often go to Beiti, Nanliao Fish Harbor, Hsinchu City for night fishing. From time to time, there are small nights in the Beiti Channel and Beiti North to shoot fish. Is this normal or illegal? The behavior is extremely arrogant and sometimes conflicts with the angler! I hope that relevant units can investigate. There are 4 harmful "spearguns" who use fishing bags to pack their harmful "spearguns". Hope relevant units can pay attention to it!
