撇除大型連鎖品牌來說，這邊的空間算是寬鬆舒適，位處二樓需要先從小小陡峭的樓梯上去，有吧台單座、靠窗單座（霧面窗）、兩人桌、四人桌。
【$70焦糖布丁很ok唷】
整體風味沒有極度鮮明或亮眼的特色，但口感中心柔軟外層則帶一定的Q度，焦糖也煮得焦感甜感適中，主要是這個價格還算ok，想配個咖啡飲料不會心痛的那種。
【咖啡很有深度】
咖啡機選用SANREMO OPERA2.0，只要記得他不便宜，長得也很有個性就是了！
我點了1+1（濃縮+拿鐵） $200
有淺焙跟中焙兩個焙度可以選，淺偏酸中焙則平衡一些，提供參考。
-Espresso中焙 : 入口輕微酸酯，中段濃郁黑巧克力、尾段略有緊縮刺激感，舌面苦感停留較久。
-熱拿鐵甜感不錯，整體平衡，尾巴也是略略有苦感，但整體還是很厲害的。

【店家有些小規矩，雖是嚴格但其實都有其道理】
在菜單第二頁可以看到一些店內規矩，雖然不是大家都喜歡在消費體驗中受到限制，但可以感受到其實多為友善勸說，還是為了整個環境跟優良的消費體驗而規範。
【停車不大好找，對面有times】
路邊車格少少的，times沒記錯半小時$25，不是久坐的話還可以接受；當然騎車最好，一樓騎樓就可以停。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Coffee Intro offers great beans in-house roasted, tasty coffee, and a decent selection of pastries. Always amazed at how they could get it right every single time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me the coffee is a bit bland without much aroma, even a bit watery… there is indeed a wide range of roasted coffee beans. However, there are many regulation to dine in store. Even without any single other customer, you are not allowed to freely walk around or take photos with your coffee / food except for sitting at the table they designated for you. Their attitude makes us very uncomfortable and to be honest I am very surprised to be treated like this in Taiwan… Don’t expect “Taiwanese hospitality” here. But if you are coming ONLY for coffee, perhaps it’s worth a try? Compare to the world-class coffee shop Simple Kaffa in Taipei, where they serve decent coffee with smile & great products to lots & lots of customers, you might find it unnecessary to take that bad attitude here.
