★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是可愛的老宅，內部裝潢的很舒服，音樂也讓人放鬆。老闆闆娘也很親切，喜歡這邊的氛圍?
整體來說，甜點的部分比較不合我的喜好，但店內氣氛很棒。
▪️桂蜜糖衣肉桂捲：肉桂粉用的是辛辣的那種，因為每層很薄，所以都是酥脆像餅乾的口感，吃不太到麵包的嚼勁感。個人不是很喜歡。
▪️布丁：平淡好吃的手工布丁，但香草跟奶香都不濃
▪️濃美式：很喜歡，真的有濃！
 It's a lovely old house with comfortable interiors and relaxing music. The boss, the lady, is also very kind and likes the atmosphere here ?
Overall, the dessert part was not to my liking, but the atmosphere was great.
▪️Cinnamon rolls with cinnamon honey sugar coating: The cinnamon powder is the spicy one. Because each layer is very thin, it is crispy like a biscuit, and the chewiness of the bread is not too chewy. Personally don't like it very much.
▪️Pudding: plain and delicious handmade pudding, but not strong in vanilla and milk flavor
▪️ Thick American: I like it very much, it is really strong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an amazing coffee shop - my favorite one in Kaohsiung. The atmosphere inside is very warm and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to ask for the best fitting coffee beans to your favorite taste - the one I was suggested tasted really great! They absolutely know about how to make coffee. ☕️??
Beside coffee I can also recommend the cinnamon roll - so delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Excellent Expresso! Perfectly mixed beans with medium or heavy roast. It tastes like chocolate and cacao. Also, it’s a smoothy expresso.
2. Expert in Siphon! The girl is good at controlling the smell of the single bean coffee. You will get a strong smell once the coffee is delivered on the table.
3. Comfortable atmosphere! The shop is decorated with plants outside. Inside, it’s a cozy style to have a nice cup of coffee.
Normally, I used to leave a few improved comments for other shops. However, I can’t give more positive comments for Coffee Serenity. Must visit here again.
