They offer some interesting items on the menu, such as a combination of tea and coffee. Single-origin coffee is available as well. Substitute for Oatmilk is available here as well +NTD$25. The minimum purchase is NTD$130 per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and pretty interior. Fast and stable Wifi. There are some interesting drinks on the menu. I ordered a pour over (Ethiopia/natural) and the flavor is a bit lighter than average. I noticed that a barista was making pourover with one hand while sending messages with another ? maybe that contributed to the lack of flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for coffee and some work. Decor in dark blue and wood which is calming. Mostly quiet so you can bring your laptop and get some work done. In addition to regular coffee and tea, they have a variety of special combinations such as tea jelly with coffee or fruit flavored coffee that’s worth a try. Staff all really friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is doing a great job with mixing the idea of specilty coffee and cocktail.
Usually bartenders use coffee to make long drink cocktail, which the coffee is always not high quality wiht too dark roasted bran and lots of bitter; however, Underwater is not. This shop created a great recipe and uses specialty coffee as base and mixed with local ingredients, and the most important part is, GREAT taste with elegant flavor and aftertaste.
Highly recommend for people who enjoy fine dining, specialty coffee and craft cocktail.

Barista is very nice and explaining their menu in details. I had a whisky cheese cake and a hot latte. Love them both.
