· 本校於九十一年八月一日成立管理學院，座落第二校區─寶山校區。
· 第一任院長卓播英博士，第二、三任院長陳光谷博士，第四任院長黃木榮博士，第五任院長黃華山博士，第六任院長（目前）葉凱莉博士；由院長主持院務，負責規劃、協調、整合、建立等工作。
· 本院各系原隸屬技職學院商業教育系，九十一年八月一日改隸管理學院後，由於三位系主任及同仁的群策群力，運作良好。
院結合企管系（所）、會計系（所）及資管系（所）等三大學系的師資及設備，在如此健全的師資陣容與充足的資源設備裡，致力培育學生的國際觀，使之成為放眼世界、活用策略的傑出管理人才。
The school has seven colleges and is moving towards a comprehensive university.
· The School was established on August 1, 1991 and is located on the second campus, Baoshan Campus.
· The first dean, Dr. Zhuo Boying, the second and third dean, Dr. Chen Guanggu, the fourth dean, Dr. Huang Murong, the fifth dean, Dr. Huang Huashan, the sixth dean (currently) Dr. Ye Kaili; the dean presided over the affairs, Responsible for planning, coordination, integration, establishment and other work.
· The departments of the Institute were originally affiliated to the Department of Business Education of the Technical College. After being re-appointed to the School of Management on August 1, 1997, the three department heads and colleagues worked well together.
The school combines the faculty and equipment of the three university departments, including the Department of Business Administration, the Department of Accounting, and the Department of Capital Management. In such a sound faculty lineup and sufficient resources and equipment, it is committed to cultivating students' international outlook. It is an outstanding management talent that looks at the world and uses strategies.
