今日再度回訪，發現店家點餐後，會請顧客再次確認螢幕上的品項是否正確，並且多次確認糖冰比例，明顯感受店家有改善，謝謝店家的用心。修正評分，也會再度回訪。
買一杯桂花四季春，說加桂花蜜就好不要另外加糖，結果得到一杯連桂花蜜都沒有加的四季春，還收50元而不是單四季春的40元…
外籍店員的溝通能力有待加強….強烈建議點餐人員要有溝通能力，或是至少有聽不懂時要會找其他店員幫忙

I visited again today and found that after ordering the food, customers will be asked to reconfirm whether the items on the screen are correct, and the ratio of sugar and ice has been confirmed many times. It is obvious that the store has improved. Thank you for your care. Amend the score and will visit again.
I bought a cup of Osmanthus Four Seasons Spring, and said that adding osmanthus honey is better not to add sugar. As a result, I got a cup of Four Seasons Spring without the osmanthus honey, and I also charged 50 yuan instead of 40 yuan for a single Four Season Spring...
The communication skills of foreign shop assistants need to be strengthened.... It is strongly recommended that the ordering staff should have communication skills, or at least ask other shop assistants to help if they don’t understand.
