如果有負5星,我就給了。 花一大筆錢買卡氏的會員卡是讓人火大的開始,剛開始做第一次大美容後,接下來的態度全變了,每次去做車美容都要我加價做別的項目,重點是還沒做好,連最基本的吸塵都沒做好,還說有做內裝奈米消毒!! 每次去每次火,尤其是這次是最後一次美容額度,我因爲已被氣到爆了,堅持這次不再加價增項了,而且表明所建議加項都已做過,效果都不好,甚至感覺沒有差別(指內裝奈米殺菌),也直指連車上的灰塵和毛髮都沒清(上次真的完全沒清,不是沒清乾淨),消毒真的有做嗎?我還花1600元加項,還花半個月和總公司客訴往返,得到一個回覆,就是回廠重做,回廠後(改去嘉義家樂福,但仍遇到同一個員工)那員工問我說你是覺得哪裡沒整理乾淨,我回他:客服說請我回廠重做,結果他只幫忙吸塵,而我等了兩個小時....火大到不行(上次是做大美容ㄟ)。 我述說著上次火大的狀況,所以拜託他們這次只求把車清潔乾淨,其他就不加項了(因爲那員工一直盧,進廠快30分鐘,還一直推銷,不趕快開工,我的時間也是金錢啊!)...唉!卑微的消費者...唉!(只希望車子美容順利,也拜託說整理好電話通知我) 可悲的是卡氏爛就是爛,車子可能早就隨便整理完停在ㄧ旁了,我等了2個半小時,打給卡氏問,員工說車好了...我下樓去取車,員工只拿車鑰匙給我,連車子停哪都沒說,我開口問停車券,員工回我:你沒有加價美容,所以沒有。我說以前就算沒加價也有給停車券,他又重複説ㄧ次,我說我知道了! 我一開車門,馬上看到車踏墊上有垃圾,算了!這是一個可悲的公司,沒救了!!

這家真的完全不推,進去前跟進去後完全一樣有髒污和灰塵,頂多部分玻璃有稍微乾淨(變亮但有些污漬)然後主要該服務的地方(只有車子表面,不含清潔裡面)沒做好,不知道用1小時半不知是在幹嘛?

車子買3年沒有美容過,想說自己去逛街,車子可以spa一下。以為只要1、2仟就可以解決的洗車鍍膜,原來cars是會員制多掏了好幾仟。服務的店員們正在吃午餐,被我打擾,地下室通風不好,看他們汗流滿面的用餐,雖然費用小貴也不忍拒絕。然後查了一下評價,真是嚇到吃手手,內心忐忑不安,真的雷到如此地步嗎?給4顆星是感謝這些服務的小弟們,辛苦你們,我的車子大美容後,沒有評價那麼糟啦,anyway,謝謝你們讓我的車煥然一新,不過收費手段真係要改善一下。

我是今天中午過去的顧客,上次買了會員,這次開始使用。 一開車進去,人員直接開始上藥用機器磨洗左側玻璃及引擎蓋。 八成是要再請我們選更高價位的汽車美容服務,但是不是新車,所以直接拒絕⋯⋯ 由於想注重在內部的清潔,選擇了較高價位的服務內容(上次已經花上萬購買會員,這次費用兩千多),於是就放心的去逛完賣場。 逛完下樓,看他們還在清潔,想說看一下,問一下好了嗎,兩位員工回答快好了。 於是我們就幫忙整理一下打包放在車外的那些東西車內的垃圾,先是看到椅背還沒洗黏有大量的動物毛髮(家中有養狗狗),請他幫我加強吸一下,結果他只吸我指的位置,並沒有整片椅背都吸,於是我過了一下又請他加強處理。 想說不要太過趕對方,客人在場,總會造成工作人員有各種壓力,於是我們又再進賣場15分鐘,但中間在賣場櫥窗往外看,兩個人員卻都消失了,只好提早過去詢問好了嗎?人員回答已經好了! 結果一摸後車廂的開合處,全是像黑油混著灰塵般的髒污,連擦都沒擦,真的蠻意外,想請工作人員加強,但不知道跑去哪,所以只好隨手拿了掛在機器上的毛巾自己去擦過,真的是一條灰色髒毛巾,但要一擦過去後毛巾直接變黑,可見真的是完全沒有擦過。 Anyway, 想說的是,買會員前服務很棒還算不錯,買會員後的今天,不知道是這兩位員工問題,還是這是公司的慣用方式來獲取更好的利潤。 總之兩千多跟590洗的程度和差別並不大,以後應該不會再選擇這個高價位的服務。
