技師維修很專業，很棒 而且我是在台中二店組裝的電腦 因為自己不當操作而故障 拿過去也是很熱心幫我檢查

台中原價屋跟彰化原價屋是不一樣了嗎？ 員工素質怎麼差那麼多，問一下電腦一副愛理不理，跩個二五八萬的？回答問題可以專業一點嗎？ 寧可開車去台中買，還以為彰化店開了可以比較方便，錯了（超級不推、路過可以跳過）

Probably a good selection but I prefer a shop where you can browse through the inventory, and most stuff here is on the shelves behind the counter or you have to ask for it by name

I generally have had positive experiences here but I called ahead of time and confirmed that they had a 3080 and monitor for sale. They said yes. Upon arriving I was told I could only buy the GPU if I bought a full PC despite spending almost 26,000 NTD on a monitor. I repeatedly asked if there was a way to find out if that was the case, when new cards came in, be on a waiting list etc. I was told to come back next year. Really disappointing. I've spend well over 200,000 NTD in the last year here so to be able to see the product available and yet not get it is pretty lame. As a regular customer I will most likely turn elsewhere. Even then, I understand, the parts are rare and my Chinese isn't the best, but at least tell this information on the phone or list it next to the item on the website so you don't spend 30 minutes driving to be disappointed! Really disappointed. I love the staff and customer service I've received in the past but as a regular spender here, it was pretty disappointing. It's not about the availability of a part so much as the lack of communication.
