Very thorough, patiently explain everything, very gentle with vaccination. They even knew my cat by name at the 2nd visit ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veterinarians chat too much to each other. Wait a very long time(about 1 hour) to do an easy dog skin check and medicine wrapped under the circumstances that we had made an appointment in advance and no other pets waiting to see a vet.
