Short-term rental and long-term rental are good choices, and daily rents need to be negotiated separately. Other tenants have friends from all countries and occupations. They are a lot of living space, including board games, capsule coffee machines, draft beer machines, refrigerators, projectors, clothes drying spaces, washing/drying machines, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公共空間經常在晚上11.12.的時候有聚會，隔音不太好，所以在房間裏多多少少都會被影響。若是需要安靜空間的人比較不適合~~
Public spaces often have parties on 11.12. The soundproofing is not very good, so the rooms will be affected more or less. If you need a quiet space, it is not suitable~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two months ago, I moved into Corner Co-Living for my summer internship. Since then, I've been blessed enough to meet some really great people and I’ve decided to stay here for next semester of online classes as well ?
First off, the current residents here are super wholesome. Everyone is like family to each other, with informal outing events pretty much every week and many birthday and farewell parties around as well. Also there’s a diversity in the interests and career fields of residents as well. From cooking and fitness to sustainable living and minimalism, I could always find passionate people to chat about all sorts of things. I can’t guarantee what the people will be like in the future, but as of now the community is definitely my biggest reason for staying.
Corner co-living is also a great place to work. Michael, our landlord, plays some lofi hip hop or jazz in the second floor living room, and it's such a chill vibe for working or chatting. There’s a kitchen next to the living room as well. My room is very minimal and perfect for focus-intensive work as well. The living room is optimal for relaxation, chatting, or low-stress work, while my room is great for resting and introspective thinking.
In terms of some secondary benefits, Michael always brings Lulu, the shiba dog! She's amazing. It's like having a pet but only keeping the best parts, no dog smell, absolutely adorable, petting and hugging friendly, and no need for maintenance on my end ?
Lastly, the rent is very reasonable so there’s that too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
10/10 would definitely recommend to friends looking for social place to live with flexible rental options
