評價有些長,不喜歡者可以先行跳過喔。 在這間店裡有位從我少女時期到至今都超喜歡的設計師 ❤️因為服務態度很好、消費哪些細節都會詳細説清楚、消費金額有限也會提供有限金額內的服務品項讓我選擇、耐心解說產品功能、想聊天就聊天,不想聊也會讓我安靜的休息,而設計師繼續幫我打理頭髮,偶爾還會詢問一下我的狀況好不好,會不會太熱或太冷,打理頭髮過程中會問需不需要衛生紙呀?打理頭髮時間長,打理前會再詢問需要上廁所嗎? ❤️整個很貼心、暖心,最讓我感到受益的一次是,某次買回去的產品使用後會常掉髮,原以為自己是不是壓力太大了 所以才這樣,聊天時設計師問我是不是某個牌子的產品?(客人多 不記得每個消費者買了哪些產品是很正常的)我説對呀,你還記得呀,設計師馬上跟我道歉並請我停用那個產品,原來那個產品成份可能有問題才導致掉髮,因為也有其他消費者有這個狀況發生,設計師道完歉並述說已跟產品廠商回報這問題也同時停用這產品了,後續也很誠心賠償以及其他優惠給我,賠償與優惠其次,誠實面對消費者這點讓我感到十分滿意,因為誠實這點對我來說挺看重的!(這邊希望每個消費者們注意到一點,先理清楚是設計師的問題還是產品問題喔,不要什麼都怪在設計師上面,消費者喜歡遇到好的服務者,當然服務者也喜歡遇上理性的消費者) 以上就是我的親身體驗啦❤️ 我個人對店家留言屈指可數: 1.喜歡的不得了 2.店家有活動請消費者幫忙打卡等 3.服務態度差到一個無法用誇張來形容或是簡單不再去店內消費就好了的方式的狀態下 4.喜歡的店家突然出現嚴重惡評,給予鼓勵 ------------------------------------------------------------ 今天來留言呢...主要是第四點 並不是要去批評其他消費者的評價如何 只是看到自己喜歡的設計師的店有惡評到有點嚴重,感到相當錯愕... 看設計師從學徒到出師再到自行開店,而店面規模及多少人力我是了解的... 想對我喜歡的那位設計説: ❤️雖然不知道你們那邊的店內近期發生了什麼狀況,但就我認識的妳,妳很好?持續保持?為妳打氣❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️日久見人心???

During the hair care process, I will ask if toilet paper is needed? It takes a long time to take care of your hair. Will you ask if you need to go to the toilet before taking care of it? ❤️The whole is very caring and warm-hearted. The one that benefited me the most was that a certain product I bought back would often lose hair after using it. I thought I was under too much pressure. That’s why the designer asked me when I was chatting. Not a certain brand of product? (It’s normal for customers not to remember which products each consumer bought) I was right, you still remember, the designer immediately apologized to me and asked me to stop the product. It turns out that there may be a problem with the product’s ingredients. Caused hair loss, because there are also other consumers who have this situation, the designer apologized and said that he had reported the problem to the product manufacturer and stopped the product at the same time.
