★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好吃，雖然價格比較高，但跟家人去的用餐體驗都很棒。餐廳環境本身很舒適裝潢跟氣氛也很不錯。
菜盤沒有火鍋料，蔬菜種類多，而且還可以續加想要的菜，基本上就是吃到飽的蔬菜。
除了熱麥茶之外，也會每人提供當日的果汁（這次去是西瓜汁），果汁可以無限續，感覺也是現打的，有果肉感
肉類去用餐時點的牛小排是有一點厚度的，吃下去也很嫩。海鮮類的蛤蜊很大顆，魚肉蝦肉也都很新鮮，份量也不少。
可惜近期吃不到花雕雞的湯頭，也許下次會再訪。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了主餐是勒眼跟翼板，自己比較喜歡翼板的口感，肉質算優秀，菜盤果汁都可以無限續點如果愛吃菜的很適合來，松露湯底可說是非常清淡，就我的口味來說所有食物都要靠店家特色柚子醬搭配蒜蔥辣椒，才會比較有鹹度。值得一提的是店內員工，雖然會稍嫌反應不算快，但著實可以感受到員工的真誠跟用心以及很擔心你吃不飽。
甜點的部分紫米紅豆有點太甜，烏龍茶也太澀，其他都很好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正好到青埔，想説吃什麼?突然想起我們ㄧ年多前吃過的火鍋店～鹿角鍋物。依然是同樣的服務水準&菜色。屏東來的老闆說疫情前開到現在2年，當初開是想要提供給客人好的用餐經驗，肉類都特別挑過，蔬菜盤裡有各式蔬菜，可以續加，還有一小根提味的甘蔗。沒有任何丸子餃類，簡單的前菜一小塊豆腐，西瓜汁，有誠意的熱茶，沾醬是清爽的柚子醬油，附餐的飯是地瓜飯，飯後一小塊巧克力蛋糕，配上熱咖啡，還有飯後水果。完全沒有負擔健康的用餐體驗。他把自己認為好吃的端給客人吃。讓我們依舊讚不絕口。
